But free rebooking to another date or convertion of the payed amount into Limehome Credits which can be redeemed up to 1 year after cancelation.

We again expressly refer to the applicable legal basis in our Terms & Conditions.
The basis for a cancellation are the booked tariffs.
In this case, we cannot refer to a free cancellation due to "force majeure".
Nevertheless, we will try to examine each case individually and find the best possible agreement between guest and hotel.
